Scott A. Haire - As Chairman and CEO of VirtualHealth Mr. Haire's business experience spans over twenty years in the commercial market space. Mr. Haire is an innovative entrepreneur in the fields of technology, healthcare, financial services, marketing and management. He has served various entities in the senior management capacity as Chairman, CEO, CFO and President. Mr. Haire is currently the Chairman and CEO of two public traded companies. He has previously owned multiple operating medical clinics and has extensive experience in both medical receivables financing and management of a business specializing in electronic claims and insurance system business processing. Mr. Haire holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, where he was recognized as Academic All-Southeastern Conference (SEC) in football.
Deborah L. Jenkins - A Director of the Company since August 28, 2006. Ms. Jenkins is a seasoned health care technology veteran. She is also a director and an Advisory Board Member of Private Access, Inc., an award winning developer of web-based applications that solve the significant privacy hurdles in the medical community involving patient empowered access to sensitive personal information. Deborah has held senior management positions and consulting contracts with clients in the US and abroad in the retail pharmacy, telemedicine, medical transcription and other health technology areas as well as in health care products groups. Ms. Jenkins has served on many national and international trade association's boards including the Intel Internet Health Board of Advisors, the American National Standards Institute Health Informatics Standards Board - representing HIBCC and the American Society for Automation in Pharmacy (ASAP) where she also served as President and Secretary of the Board.
James M. Renfro - President of the Company since August 28, 2006. Mr. Renfro began his management experience with the United States Marines in Vietnam where he received several decorations, including three Purple Hearts for wounds in combat. He continued honing his management skills when he worked in Kentucky for the Democratic Party and the Jefferson County Government. The culmination of all his leadership training provided him with the opportunity to become a member of management for Rockwell International where he held several key leadership roles for over 20 years in the areas of production, accounting, quality control, sales and service. In addition to his wealth of executive leadership at Rockwell he was also Vice President of Field Operations for GraMag commercial seating.
